    Margay Property Management have been our letting agents since 2003 for our Arkles Bay Holiday Home.

    We wanted Clint & Jayne to be in charge of everything from marketing to letting to cleaning to maintenance as we didn’t want the hassles of running it ourselves. They kept the occupancy at such a level that it was profitable for us too.

    The many compliments that appeared in our Guest Book & the feedback from the 25+ home exchangers is testimony to how well Jayne & Clint did for us. All we needed to do was to book in our guests & family when we needed it. When something went wrong Clint would either fix the problem himself or get the required Tradesman. We cannot speak more highly of this couple. In today’s world there are lots of pitfalls for the unwary landlord to fall into which can be easily minimised by utilising Margay Property Management.
