The space
With a spacious living and dining room designed for easy living that flows effortlessly out onto a large wrap around deck, you can enjoy the incredible views from all angles. A modern kitchen with breakfast bar, double door fridge/freezer and laundry tucked away with all the mod cons completes the picture.
The comfy lounge has a heat pump and provides some additional fun indoor/outdoor bean bags that everyone will enjoy.
At this level, there are two bedrooms, one with queen bed and another with a king single bed. A cot is also available if needed. The modern main bathroom offers both bath & separate shower.
Downstairs is a well-appointed parents retreat, boasting sea views you can enjoy from bed, private master ensuite complete with double headed shower and heat pump.
There is off-street parking for two vehicles plus a single garage.
As the area is well known to frequently be visited by orcas and dolphins, the owners have tastefully decorated with this theme in mind.
You have a choice of nearby beautiful beaches to enjoy, Matakatia Bay, Manly and Tindalls Beach are all great for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, jet skiing, fishing or you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along one of the white sandy beaches and coastlines at low tide.
If this wasn’t enough, why not enjoy a meal from one of the popular local restaurants or cafes just a short drive or 10 minute walk at Manly Village. Coast Plaza is also a 5 min drive away with Supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants and Hoyts movie theatre across the road.
With all the local amenities so handy and stunning beaches on your door step, this holiday spot is sure to be enjoyed by the whole family, all this and only 45 mins north of Auckland CBD.

The Hibiscus Coast is surrounded by stunning beaches, great for swimming, boating, fishing and all water sports.
Big Manly beach is just a stones throw away. This property is approximately a short walk or quick drive to Manly village with fabulous restaurants/bar and cafes.
Whangaparaoa Town Centre is a short 5 min drive where you will find Supermarket, shops including chemist, banks, food hall, restaurant, cafes and Cinema and Bowling alley next door.
Boutique shopping and expansive surf beach at Orewa only 10 minutes away.
Also 10 minutes away is Silverdale with indoor Snowplanet, Adventure Park and new Shopping centre.
If you like to walk there are beautiful walkways to choose from from Shakespeare Regional park in Army Bay right through to Orewa.

Getting Around
Approx 90 mins north of Auckland International Airport. 45 mins north of CBD Auckland approx. Regular bus service around Whangaparaoa taking you to main town centre/Orewa/Silverdale and into CBD Auckland. Ferry service from Gulf Harbour to CDB Auckland and return – commuter timetable.
