The space
With approx 200 steps to beautiful Manly beach via the reserve next door or a short 5 minute walk to Tindalls Bay beach, you’ll be spoilt for choice.
This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is comfortable and well loved by the owners and boasts wide sea views over to Manly Beach. Over 2 levels, the ground level offers open plan lounge, dining and kitchen flowing out to a lovely deck area. A bedroom is also on this level, single bed and trundler underneath that can either be 2 singles or put together as a queen bed. The bathroom is also on this floor with shower over bath and toilet.
Upstairs the main with queen bed enjoys lovely views and the spacious 3rd bedroom also has queen bed and workspace desk should you need to work whilst away. Toilet also on this level.
A heat pump in the lounge will keep you cosy in winter and cooler in Summer. Off street parking outside for 2 cars. The lower garage is locked with owners vehicle/belongings so not available.
Manly village with boutique shops, cafes and restaurants is a leisurely 15 minute walk away or short drive. Gulf Harbour village and marina is 5 minutes drive and if you love walking, popular Shakespear Regional Park is 7 minutes drive, with several tracks to explore and 360 degree views to Auckland and surrounding areas.
This property has it all, only 45 minutes north of CBD Auckland, ideal for beach or tree lovers alike, it’s peace and tranquility by the sea.

The Hibiscus Coast is surrounded by stunning beaches, great for swimming, boating, fishing and all water sports.
Big Manly beach is just a stones throw away. This property is approximately a 15 minute walk or quick drive to Manly village with fabulous restaurants/bar and cafes.
Whangaparaoa Town Centre is a short 5 min drive where you will find Supermarket, shops including chemist, banks, food hall, restaurant, cafes and Cinema and Bowling alley next door.
Boutique shopping and expansive surf beach at Orewa only 10 minutes away.
Also 10 minutes away is Silverdale with indoor Snowplanet, Adventure Park and new Shopping centre.
If you like to walk there are beautiful walkways to choose from from Shakespeare Regional park in Army Bay right through to Orewa.

Getting Around
Approx 1 hour north of Auckland International Airport. 45 mins north of CBD Auckland approx. Regular bus service around Tindalls/Manly and Whangaparaoa taking you to main town centre/Orewa/Silverdale and into CBD Auckland. Ferry service from Gulf Harbour to CDB Auckland and return – commuter timetable.
