The space
Tindalls Beach is known for it’s unspoiled beauty, calm waters and being a great safe swimming beach. There is also a great concrete boat ramp just down the road.
Tindalls Beach House has been lovingly shared by generations over the years, so caters well for families with ample space and is one road back from the beach. This is what beach holidays are all about, bring the boat, the kids and enjoy an amazing beach location with a comfy holiday house to ensure a relaxing holiday.
The house consists of 2 levels; ground level has a large garage with a bedroom at the rear of the garage. This bedroom has a king single bed and a set of bunks so great for the teens. The bathroom with shower (over bath) is next door and also contains the laundry. The garage is carpeted and with a a couple of chairs and couches makes it an ideal spot for the kids to hang out and have their own space. There are also a kayak and few boogie boards available for you to enjoy and explore the bay plus a large lawn area out the back for the kids to play.
Upstairs boasts open plan living with separate TV lounge and ranch sliders opening out to a full length covered deck providing a wonderful indoor outdoor flow. With views out to the bay you can enjoy relaxing on the deck or dining alfresco. Three bedrooms are located on this level, master with super king bed plus ensuite and two other bedrooms with another set of bunks and two single beds. Bathroom is also on this level.
There is a cupboard full of kids books/toys and games for all to enjoy so wet days are covered!
To keep you cool in Summer and cosy in Winter, a heat pump is in the upstairs lounge/dining area and there is also one in the master bedroom.
Parking – large carpark area with two separate entrances so plenty of parking for a trailer boat. Great boat ramp less than 500m down the road.
Tindalls Beach House has ample room to unwind and create beach side memories. Whether it’s enjoying lazy afternoons by the beach, water sports, boating/fishing, board games, reading a book or exploring the coast and rock pools with the kids, this place ticks all the boxes.
All this and only 45 minutes north of Auckland.
Note: One side of the garage has owners boats stored – not to be used.

Getting Around
Approx 1 hour north of Auckland International Airport. 25-30 mins north of Auckland CBD. Bus services into Auckland city available, around Orewa and Whangaparaoa – bus stops on main road.
