The space
Enjoy expansive sea views from the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area with a large covered deck, ideal for entertaining. Downstairs very large paved courtyard and fenced from road.
This two level home has been designed to accommodate 2 families so has room for everyone with 2 different living areas.
Along with the main living area upstairs, there is also the master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The second room on this level has 2 single beds plus a bathroom.
Downstairs there are another 2 bedrooms, Queen in one room, and the other has a set of bunks and one single bed so great for the kids.
A second lounge downstairs provides additional living area with TV and heat pump.
With beach access just across the road you are only a minute or so away from Stanmore Bay Beach. Treelined with pohutukawa trees for shade and a safe swimming beach for the children.
The house allows 8 persons to stay in total, has a heat pump for comfort in Summer and Winter in the dining/lounge are and second lounge downstairs.
Centrally located and Just a short walk to supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants.
A perfect spot to get away from it all, explore the beautiful coast and only 30 mins north of CBD Auckland.

Stanmore Bay is a popular safe swimming beach and has a wonderful reserve at one end with an amazing playground, skatepark and plenty of room to kick a ball. Directly opposite reserve is the Stanmore Bay Leisure Centre with indoor swimming pool, outdoor Summer splash pad for the little ones, gym and exercise classes.
Within a 5 minute drive or approx 10 min walk, you’ll find the supermarket, shops, restaurants and cafes.
Silverdale is a 10minute drive away with the indoor Snowplanet, Adventure Park and larger Shopping centre. Boutique shopping and an expansive surf beach at Orewa is also 10 mins away.
If you like to walk there are beautiful walkways to choose from from Shakespeare Regional park in Army Bay right through to Orewa.

Getting Around
Approx 1 hour north of Auckland International Airport and 30 mins north of Auckland CBD approx. Bus service into town from Whangaparaoa Town Centre or Silverdale.
