Having been completely refurbished, this apartment has the wow factor with spacious tiled bathrooms, double glazing and heat pump and plenty of parking even for a trailer boat/jet ski aswell – shared with other apartment if occupied. The parking for the top unit is in front of the garage and is two car spaces wide.

Over 2 levels, first level has 2 bedrooms both with Queen bed and a huge bathroom with spa bath and shower, laundry and open plan lounge/living/dining with doors opening onto large sundrenched deck with seaviews.
