The space
This sun drenched quintessential 3 bedroom kiwi bach is what relaxed beach holidays are all about. With french doors opening onto the spacious deck from both the lounge and dining areas and with the beach across the road, it’s the perfect holiday location. A large flat lawn out the front is a great spot for you to watch the kids play.
Both the master bedroom with queen bed and the 2nd bedroom with 3 singles have doors opening out onto the deck areas enjoying the views. The 3rd bedroom has a double bedroom allowing the bach to comfortably sleep up to 7 so great for families. There’s a heatpump in lounge to keep you cozy in winter and cool in Summer.
Great for a short – medium term stay. Manly is a popular safe swimming beach with all ages and used regular with water sports enthusiasts with the sailing club just down the road. Have a walk or swim before breakfast and relax on the deck for a barbeque lunch or dinner. If you don’t fancy cooking, there’s some fabulous cafes and restaurants just up the hill in Manly Village.
All this and only 40 mins north of CBD Auckland.

Neighborhood
The Hibiscus Coast is surrounded by stunning beaches, great for swimming, boating, fishing and all water sports.
This property is approximately a 10 minute walk or quick drive to Manly village with fabulous restaurants/bar and cafes.
Whangaparaoa Coast Plaza is a short 5 min drive where you will find the supermarket, shops including chemist, restaurants, cafes and Cinema and Bowling alley next door.
Boutique shopping and expansive surf beach at Orewa only 10 minutes away.
Also 10 minutes away is Silverdale with indoor Snowplanet, Adventure Park and large shopping area.
If you like to walk there are beautiful walkways to choose from from Shakespeare Regional park in Army Bay right through to Orewa.

Separate house (different owner) is attached at rear of bach. They utiilise back section, Manly Beachfront bach utilises front section.
Minimum stay of 3 nights. Easter minimum stay of 4 nights. Christmas and New Year minimum stay of 7 nights 24/12-7/1.
Discounts for longer stays over 3 weeks. Extra persons $25pp per night.
Prices may increase during public holidays and school holidays or special events without prior notice.
NZ$225 cleaning/linen fee applies.
**Beach towels are not provided, just bath towels**

Getting Around
Approx 1 hour north of Auckland International Airport. 30 mins north of CBD Auckland approx. Regular bus service around Manly and Whangaparaoa taking you to main town centre/Orewa/Silverdale and into CBD Auckland. Ferry service from Gulf Harbour to CDB Auckland and return – commuter timetable.
