An open plan kitchen, dining and living area and 2 bedrooms with bathroom and separate toilet are also on this level. The 4th bedroom has been converted into a dedicated TV room boasting an 8k TCL TV with SKY and is complete with bar fridge and double fold out couch if needed to sleep an extra person.
Take the next flight of stairs to the master suite, with private balcony and large well–appointed ensuite, all with breath-taking views.
Bedrooms have super king new beds so property sleeps 6 or 7 if one person is happy to sleep on pull out couch in TV room.
With fibre 4000, the fastest available, two TV areas, there will be no complaints from the kids or adults for that matter. There is even parking for a trailer boat.
You have a choice of nearby beautiful beaches to enjoy, Arkles Bay, Big Manly, Stanmore Bay and Tindalls Beach are all great for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, jet skiing, fishing or you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along one of the beaches and coastlines at low tide.
If this wasn’t enough, why not enjoy a meal from one of the popular local restaurants or cafes just a short drive away. Coast Plaza has supermarket, shops, bowling alley and Hoyts movie theatre across the road.

**Starting November 2023, the neighbours have commenced building on an empty section – we expect there is likely to be building noise next door due to this for several months given the size of the house they are building**
Carparking for 2 cars on driveway, 1 inside garage as owners car covered and stored in double garage also.
