The space
Kiwi Classic is a charming and comfortable holiday home — a 80s-inspired retreat that accommodates up to six guests and offers plenty of space for the whole family.
The home features three bedrooms — two with queen beds and one with two king single beds — along with generous living areas designed for comfort and relaxation. A wrap-around deck and spacious garden provide the perfect setting for summer BBQs and outdoor dining. There’s also garage access and driveway parking for your convenience.
Located just 200 metres from the local playground and the famous Flying Fox, it’s an ideal spot for families with young children. With Red Beach only 500 metres away and Orewa Beach just five minutes by car, you’ll be perfectly placed to enjoy the area’s stunning coastline, parks, and scenic walks.
For dining out, nearby Orewa offers a wonderful selection of cafés and restaurants to suit every taste.

Only 25-30mins by car north of CBD Auckland, Orewa is a popular spot. With arguably one of the best beaches in New Zealand, Orewa Beach offers a beautiful sandy beach, safe for swimming, very popular by young and old for fishing, walking or enjoying a picnic. A great kids playground and reserve is just across the road bordering the beach. It’s a great base to explore the Hibiscus Coast and further north.
This is as good as it gets! Orewa’s beach spreads inland from the edge of a magnificent three kilometre beach. The beach extends along the length of the town, providing a broad sandy promenade at low tide. Extensive grassy reserves and a children’s playground border the beach. The town centre itself has a great variety of shops and services, boulevard restaurants, banks, supermarkets, dairies and accommodation all within close walking distance. Orewa is a great destination if you like swimming, surfing, kayaking, windsurfing and kite surfing. For coastal views, you can’t beat a stroll along the Millennium Walkway. Beyond the beach, entertainment possibilities within easy reach of Orewa include golf at Gulf Harbour, wine trails, hiking in regional parks, ten pin bowling, cycling, cinema, horse riding, go-carting, indoor skiing and further shopping in Silverdale.
