Each of these spaces opens out to a beautiful covered deck complete with an outdoor bath and BBQ area — a wonderful place to put your feet up, read a book, and truly relax.
With beach access just down the road, you’re only a five-minute stroll from Stanmore Bay Beach. Lined with pōhutukawa trees for natural shade and known for its safe swimming, it’s ideal for families and beach lovers alike.
The home accommodates up to four guests in total and includes a heat pump to keep you comfortable year-round, whether it’s the height of summer or the cooler winter months.
Centrally located, you’re also just a short walk from the local supermarket, shops, cafés, and restaurants — everything you might need is close at hand.
It’s a perfect spot to slow down, explore the beautiful coastline, and enjoy being just 30 minutes north of Auckland’s CBD.

Stanmore Bay is a popular safe swimming beach and has a wonderful reserve at one end with an amazing playground, skatepark and plenty of room to kick a ball. Directly opposite reserve is the Stanmore Bay Leisure Centre with indoor swimming pool, outdoor Summer splash pad for the little ones, gym and exercise classes.
Within a 2 minute, you’ll find the supermarket, shops, restaurants and cafes.
Silverdale is a 10minute drive away with the indoor Snowplanet, Adventure Park and larger Shopping centre. Boutique shopping and an expansive surf beach at Orewa is also 10 mins away.
If you like to walk there are beautiful walkways to choose from from Shakespeare Regional park in Army Bay right through to Orewa.
