The location doesn’t get much better than this located on one of the most popular safest beaches on the Hibiscus Coast – only 30 mins north of Auckland. Wake to the gentle sounds of the sea at your very door step.
Whether you enjoy having a family game of beach cricket, a spot of fishing, romantic walks along the beach or prefer to just to relax on the deck and soak up the atmosphere, this property caters for all.
There is even a paddle board and two kayaks available for your use to explore the beautiful bay.
Built over 2 levels the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a study that would easily fit a cot comfortably.
The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one with King bed and semi ensuite, the other with 2 King single beds. Bathroom has shower and separate toilet. Internal access to large double garage with separate laundry. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower after a relaxing day at the beach.
Upstairs boasts stunning views from the open plan lounge/dining kitchen area opening onto spacious deck. Gaze toward Rangitoto Island, Aucklands feature landmark, or catch a glimpse of the Sky Tower. This is an ever changing vista. Ideal spot for breakfast or BBQ dinner. With tinted windows you can enjoy the view and still have privacy.
The extra large master bedroom with King bed is an ideal parents retreat with walk in robe and ensuite. There is also a guest toilet on this level and a spacious study (ideal if working on holiday) or large enough to accommodate a port-a-cot.
With a heat pump and log fire in the lounge this place will keep you warm in winter and cool in Summer. Lounge also boasts a hidden tilt away bed which can be closed off with a curtain for privacy – suitable for a single adult or two small children if an extra bed is needed.
Beachfront Arkles Bay has been furnished in a casual easy style making it family friendly.
Arkles Bay is a lovely beach, popular with families all year round. Further down the road (10 min flat walk) is a duck pond and childrens playground.
Less than a 10 minute walk up the hill to Coast Plaza with shops, supermarket, bars, restaurants/cafes, movie theatre, library and bowling alley.

You have a choice of beautiful beaches to enjoy, Arkles Bay, Big Manly, Stanmore Bay and Tindalls Beach are all great for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, jet skiing, fishing or you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along one of the beaches and coastlines at low tide.
If this wasn’t enough, why not enjoy a meal from one of the popular local restaurants or cafes just a short drive away. Coast Plaza has supermarket, shops, bowling alley and Hoyts movie theatre across the road.
